This energy-efficient building is located in Adamów village.

The main idea of the investment was creating a public library with additional functions so needed for the local society. A computer lab, cafe and  multifunctional conference room are available to all residents. Users are not only children from the surrounding primary school but also parents with babies and elderly people.
